Michael Lee is a great realtor! He was always available for home tours. His response was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always called back or texted within a few minutes. We purchased a newly constructed home and ran into a few issues so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. Mike made sure are concerns were addressed and went above and beyond so that we had a successful closing. He became a trusted friend and not just another real estate agent. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Mike Lee and will definitely recommend him to everyone we know!

Julia and her team were wonderful! We toured many homes, made many offers, and even had to back out of a contingent offer before finding our home and Julia made it all seem easy. She guided us through the full process as first time home buyers, referred us to fantastic partners (inspector, mortgage broker, etc), helped us navigate using a VA loan in a competitive market, provided encouragement when our offers didn’t get accepted, advocated for our best interests, provided great feedback on home repair/reno considerations, and so much more. I really appreciated how her team worked together to accommodate our schedules, and we loved working with her partners Debbie and Brett when she wasn’t available personally. We couldn’t be happier with our home and are so grateful to Julia and team!

Kelly Palmeri went above and beyond what we expected as a qualified and professional real estate agent! Her presentation provided us with a feeling of confidence and knowledge. She provided us with a unique system of gathering information, photos, and important data in a computer friendly system. This allowed us to evaluate, compare, and narrow down our options to eventually help locate those that interested us the most. Kelly arranged a number of walk throughs and provided a very honest and professional response to our questions. We talked with her a number of times in reference to the financial process involved in both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. She explained the closing process and timing related to both and helped provide us with a mortgage accountant, a lawyer, and clarified the need for new home insurance. Step by step we worked along with her and found the house we were looking for that met our needs as well as selling our house for the right price. Overall, we felt comfortable with Kelly from day one. She responded quickly to our texts, phone calls, and walk throughs while also comforting us on the sale of our house. Mark helped us find a home we absolutely love! He was very patient and flexible with me and my husband as first time home buyers. We had a lot going on that made us busy on the weekends and he was very willing to look at houses and schedule times whenever we could. Mark is very knowledgeable about what it takes to buy a home and being first time home buyers we weren't 100% sure what the whole process was like. He was very upfront and honest about what to expect and was very transparent throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Mark from WCI Realty!
